Welcome to OraKila — Live Your Best Life, Survive Your Hardest Times. By creating an account or using any part of the app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use OraKila.

These terms appear throughout these Terms of Service and refer to OraKila-specific features:
You must be at least 18 years old to create an individual account. We do not knowingly allow accounts for people under 18. By signing up, you confirm you are at least 18 and that the information you provide is accurate.
Certain features — including sound uploads, monetization, explicit content, payouts, and some ad tools — require age-verified identity. We may request a government-issued ID and liveness check. If you cannot or will not verify, those features remain locked.
OraKila is not directed to children under 18. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact support@orakila.com and we will act promptly.
Organizations, companies, publishers, NGOs, governments, schools, and media entities may create entity accounts. Entity accounts require a valid work email, business registration details, and may require admin review. Representatives must be at least 18 years old.
Standard — Email or phone + password. Full feature access at the appropriate verification level.
Anonymous — Username + password only. Limited features. Recovery is available through a one-time 10-question hardened kit you create at signup. The kit is downloaded once and never stored by OraKila. If the kit is lost and the password is forgotten, the account is permanently inaccessible.
Entity — Organization identity. Requires work-email verification and may require document review.
Ghost / Guest — No login required for public content. Read-only. No wallet, no creator features.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password secure, keeping your recovery email or phone current, protecting your 2FA codes, signing out of devices you no longer control, and — for anonymous accounts — storing your one-time recovery kit safely offline. OraKila staff will never ask for your password or your recovery kit contents.
You may not operate multiple accounts to evade bans, circumvent limits, manipulate rankings, or abuse the platform. Duplicate accounts created after a suspension will be removed.
Standard accounts recover via verified email or phone. Anonymous accounts recover exclusively through the 10-question hardened recovery kit created at signup. The kit is downloaded once at creation — OraKila never stores the plaintext answers and cannot assist in recovery if the kit is lost. Recovery sessions enforce mandatory time delays (including a 30-minute hold after question 5) and lock the account for 24 hours after 3 failed attempts. These limits exist to protect your account and cannot be waived.
You retain ownership of content you create and post on OraKila. By posting, you grant OraKila a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, display, distribute, and process your content as needed to operate the service.
You are responsible for all content you create, upload, send, stream, record, or share through OraKila — including posts, comments, DMs, group messages, paid messages, audio, video, calls, livestreams, and Ask the Entity interactions. You must have all rights, permissions, and consents needed for anything you share.
· Content that infringes copyright or intellectual property
· Sexual content involving minors (CSAM) — zero tolerance; reported to law enforcement
· Harassment, threats, doxxing, or stalking
· Hate speech based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin
· Dangerous misinformation designed to cause harm
· Impersonation of others, public figures, or OraKila
· Illegal goods or services including drugs, weapons, or fraud
· Malware, phishing, or deceptive links
· Non-consensual intimate images or unauthorized recordings
· Incitement of violence or terrorism
OraKila uses automated systems and human review to identify policy violations. You may appeal certain content removal decisions through the in-app appeal flow.
You can report content or accounts that violate these Terms. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team. We may not respond individually to every report but all reports are reviewed.
OraKila may label, reduce reach of, age-gate, hide, or remove content depending on severity and applicable law. Where feasible, we provide a reason and an appeal path. We may publish transparency reports with sensitive details redacted.
OraKila works under any connectivity condition, including no internet. When you are offline or have insufficient bandwidth to upload a large file, posting splits into two phases:
Phase 1 — Text goes live immediately. Your headline and written content are submitted through any available path (direct connection, mesh relay, or queued outbox) and appear in feeds right away with a media placeholder.
Phase 2 — Media uploads when a path becomes available. Your device continuously attempts the upload in the background — directly when connectivity returns, or through a nearby peer on the mesh network (§3.8). You receive a notification the moment your media goes live.
During Phase 1 your post is visible with a "Media pending" indicator. Readers can join a media waitlist to receive a push notification when the media becomes available. Joining is voluntary, free, and you may leave at any time.
OraKila uses Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) and Wi-Fi Direct to form a local mesh network among nearby devices. When your device cannot reach the internet directly, it may route your media upload through a nearby peer who does have internet access.
1. Your device discovers nearby OraKila peers via BLE advertisement.
2. It requests that a peer with internet act as a relay for your media file.
3. The accepting peer receives your media in encrypted chunks (up to 60 KB each) over BLE or Wi-Fi Direct.
4. The relay peer reassembles the chunks and uploads them to OraKila's secure cloud storage on your behalf.
5. Once complete, the relay peer signals our servers. The media is linked to your post, the placeholder is replaced, and waitlisted readers are notified.
6. The relay peer never gains access to your media content beyond what is needed to transmit it.
By using OraKila, you agree your device may act as a relay peer for other users' uploads when you have an active internet connection and the app is running. You may opt out in Settings → Connectivity → Mesh relay.
· Chunks in transit are encrypted end-to-end between devices.
· The relay peer does not store your media permanently — chunks are flushed after upload completes.
· Pending posts and queued media are stored locally in encrypted app storage until delivered.
· OraKila logs relay events (sender, relay peer, post ID, completion status) to detect abuse and improve reliability. No media content is retained in these logs.
· OraKila does not charge extra for relay operations and does not compensate relay peers for data used.
To upload a sound, your account must have completed full identity verification (government ID, liveness check, and KYC approval). When you upload, you confirm you created the sound or hold all rights to share it, it contains no unlicensed copyrighted material, and the metadata you provide is accurate. Uploads enter admin review before appearing in the library.

We generate a Chromaprint acoustic fingerprint for every approved sound, stored permanently as the sound's Content ID seal, used to identify when your sound appears in posts. We also submit uploads to ACRCloud to check for commercial copyright matches.
Uploading to OraKila does not restrict your rights. The license you give us is non-exclusive — you can still release your music on Spotify, Apple Music, TikTok, Instagram, or any other platform independently.
Sounds by other creators are available for use inside OraKila only. You may not download them for external platforms, re-upload them elsewhere, or extract audio from OraKila streams. Audio is served through time-limited authenticated URLs (maximum 2-hour validity).
If your sound was created primarily by an AI tool (Suno, Udio, ElevenLabs, Stable Audio, or similar), you must declare it at upload. AI-generated sounds are not eligible for commercial royalties, cannot be used in ads without explicit platform approval, and must not imitate a specific real artist's voice.

AI-generated sounds earn no royalties.
Any authenticated user can create a Challenge linked to a library sound. One entry per user per challenge. Rankings are based on engagement signals (likes, views, shares). No monetary prize is guaranteed unless OraKila announces a specific prize program with separate terms.
OraKila may offer live streaming, audio rooms, video rooms, calls, and Ask the Entity spaces for eligible accounts. During a live stream you may receive gifts from viewers in real time.
Live streams are subject to the same content rules as all posts (§3.3). You may not display nudity or sexually explicit content, broadcast illegal activities, or engage in coordinated harassment. Streams may be automatically monitored and terminated if violations are detected.
Coins gifted during a live stream are credited to your earnings subject to the escrow hold periods and payout rules in §8.
Participants are responsible for what they ask, say, show, submit, record, or invite others to discuss. OraKila may remove sessions, questions, invitations, or recordings that violate these Terms, safety rules, intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or applicable law.
OraKila may offer DMs, group messaging, private groups, media messages, paid messages, calls, and related communication tools. All messaging is subject to the same content rules as other content.
When a message or private group chat is end-to-end encrypted, OraKila cannot read, inspect, recover, edit, or decrypt the message body or media. We may still process limited metadata (sender/recipient identifiers, timestamps, delivery state, fraud signals). You remain responsible for what you send, receive, forward, or save — encryption is not permission to violate these Terms or the law.
OraKila does not promise to keep message contents forever. Messages may expire or become inaccessible due to user deletion, disappearing-message settings, encryption, account loss, or technical failure. Encrypted message content cannot be restored if the required device keys are lost.
Where available, creators may receive paid messages — viewers pay Coins to send a prioritized message. Coin amounts are subject to platform fees and escrow hold rules.
Coins are OraKila's in-app currency. They are not legal tender, not a cryptocurrency, not a financial instrument, and are non-refundable once purchased (except where consumer law requires otherwise). They are subject to AML purchase limits.

Creator earnings are held in escrow before withdrawal. Hold periods depend on your account trust level (typically 3–30 days).
To withdraw, you need completed identity verification, a connected payout account (Stripe Connect or other supported rail), available earnings above the minimum threshold, and no active compliance, AML, or fraud hold.
We monitor for suspicious financial patterns. Accounts that trigger AML alerts may have withdrawals paused during review. We may report suspicious activity to regulators as required by law.
Before you subscribe, OraKila shows the price, billing period, benefits, trial period, when billing begins, and available cancellation method. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Cancel before a trial ends to avoid the first charge and before a renewal date to avoid the next charge. Purchases are also subject to the applicable provider's billing, cancellation, and refund rules. Removing the app does not automatically cancel a subscription.
OraKila offers separate plan tiers for individual users and entity accounts (companies, NGOs, media organisations, and government bodies). Prices reflect your account type.

Entity accounts selecting a paid plan confirm that the representative has authority to bind their organisation to these Terms. Paid entity plans (except Enterprise) include a 7-day free trial. Enterprise pricing is agreed separately; contact enterprise@orakila.com.
Paid individual and entity plans include live streaming up to the session limits stated in the plan. To protect service quality for all users, the following fair-use limits apply: Premium individual accounts support continuous 24-hour sessions with up to 500 concurrent viewers before bandwidth throttling may apply. Entity Pro accounts support continuous 24-hour sessions with up to 2,000 concurrent viewers. Accounts that consistently exceed these thresholds may be contacted about upgrading to a higher tier. OraKila will always notify you before applying any throttle, and we will never throttle without prior notice.
The following features are included at no charge on every plan — Free, Starter, Premium, and all Entity tiers — and will never be moved to a paid tier:

· Offline sync and mesh network participation (BLE / Wi-Fi Direct)
· Basic anti-spam controls (Magic Word inbox gate)
· Receiving gifts and keeping 80% of each gift
OraKila's core privacy and safety features are not a product — they are a commitment to every user regardless of plan.
OraKila offers Sovereign Ads (community-powered, purchased with Coins, subject to admin review) and Campaign Ads (self-serve impression-budget campaigns with demographic and geographic targeting). OraKila does not share individual user contact information with advertisers.
Ads may not contain false claims, promote illegal goods, target minors, contain hate speech or incitement, impersonate persons or brands, include malware or phishing, or violate third-party intellectual property. Violating ads are removed without refund.
Coin purchases and payouts are processed by third-party providers (Stripe, Apple, Google, or others). We are not responsible for delays, fees, or errors caused by payment providers, banks, or card issuers.
OraKila respects intellectual property rights and responds to valid DMCA takedown notices submitted through our DMCA endpoint.
Accounts with multiple valid copyright strikes may have content removed, monetization restricted, or accounts suspended. We terminate accounts that repeatedly infringe copyright, in line with DMCA safe harbor requirements.
If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice. OraKila will restore content if the claimant does not file a court action within the required period.
We collect account information (email, phone, username), content you post, payment information via our processors, device and usage signals, and verification documents where required. We use GeoIP for country determination — not GPS tracking.
We use your data to operate the platform, enforce these Terms, process payments, detect fraud, run moderation and safety systems, improve the service, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell individual user data.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data. Contact privacy@orakila.com to exercise these rights.
Some OraKila features use capabilities available on your device. Depending on the feature you choose and your settings, OraKila may request access to:
· Camera and photo library — posts, profile images, identity verification, video calls, rooms, and live video
· Microphone and speech recognition — audio recording, voice messages, calls, rooms, live audio, and captions
· Bluetooth, nearby-device discovery, Wi-Fi Direct, and local network access — mesh relay, offline sharing, messaging, and calls
· Foreground location or signal-related capabilities — where required for nearby discovery, signal quality, diagnostics, or low-bandwidth mode selection
· Notifications — security alerts, messages, media-ready updates, and service communications
· Device characteristics and security signals — login security, fraud prevention, abuse detection, reliability, and troubleshooting
OraKila requests operating-system permissions where required. You may deny or later revoke permissions in your device settings, but dependent features may not work. Permission access does not give OraKila ownership of your device content. See our Privacy Policy for additional detail.
OraKila uses recommendation, ranking, personalization, integrity, safety, and fraud-prevention systems. These systems may use interactions, follows, selected preferences, reports, content metadata, device and usage signals, connection quality, and contextual information such as country or language.

· Rank feeds, search results, trends, challenges, and notifications
· Personalize feed modes and improve performance under limited connectivity
· Detect spam, fraud, impersonation, coordinated abuse, copyright risks, AI-generated media, and potential policy violations
· Label content, reduce distribution, age-gate material, prioritize human review, or apply other actions described in §3.6
Automated systems may make mistakes. Where available, you may appeal eligible moderation or account actions. We may use human review for escalated cases, appeals, safety matters, and other situations requiring additional assessment.
You can influence recommendations through follows, selected interests, feed modes, available feedback controls such as "not interested," and settings.
We operate automated safety systems and human review to detect and respond to CSAM (reported immediately to NCMEC with zero tolerance), credible threats of violence, non-consensual intimate images, human trafficking content, and content that facilitates self-harm.
OraKila responds to valid legal process from law enforcement. We disclose data only to the extent required by applicable law. Emergency disclosures may occur without prior notice when there is a credible risk to life.
When content or behavior violates these Terms, OraKila may take action based on severity, confidence, context, prior violations, and applicable law. Actions may include:
· Warning the user or requiring acknowledgment of a policy
· Labeling content, reducing distribution, or limiting recommendations
· Removing content or disabling specific features
· Restricting posting, messaging, live streaming, monetization, or withdrawals
· Requiring identity, age, or security verification
· Temporarily suspending or permanently terminating an account
· Preserving evidence or reporting matters to authorities where required by law
OraKila may use an internal account-standing or risk system to identify repeated or serious violations. Eligible violations may have less effect after a successful appeal or the passage of time. We do not promise a fixed enforcement sequence or a warning before every action.
Severe violations may result in immediate action without prior warning. Where available, users may appeal eligible decisions. Attempts to evade enforcement, including creating replacement accounts, may result in additional restrictions.
OraKila's platform, technology, brand, logos, software, Content ID systems, and interfaces are OraKila's intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, scrape, or create derivative works from OraKila's platform without written permission.
You own your content. The license you give OraKila does not transfer ownership. You can delete your content at any time, subject to legal holds or content already distributed through the service.
OraKila is provided "as is" and "as available." We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. OraKila is not liable for loss of data, earnings, or opportunities due to outages, content removed for policy violations, or account loss due to lost credentials.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, OraKila disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, OraKila's total liability to you for any claim is limited to the greater of (a) $100 or (b) the amount you paid OraKila in the 12 months before the claim arose.
OraKila is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities; or losses caused by third-party fraud, chargebacks, or actions outside our control.
You agree to indemnify and hold OraKila, its affiliates, employees, and partners harmless from any claims, damages, losses, and legal fees arising from your violation of these Terms, your content infringing someone else's rights, your misuse of the platform, or false or unauthorized information you provide.
You may close your account at any time through settings or by contacting support@orakila.com. Deletion may take up to 30 days to complete. Some records may be retained as required by law.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, fraud, abuse, illegal activity, security risks, or failure to complete required verification. We will try to give notice before termination unless immediate action is required.
Upon termination, your license to use OraKila ends. Earned coins or pending payouts may be held during any ongoing review and released or forfeited according to these Terms and applicable law.
Before filing any legal claim, contact us at support@orakila.com. We'll try to resolve it informally within 30 days.
If informal resolution fails, disputes (other than those involving intellectual property or injunctive relief) will be resolved by binding individual arbitration. You waive the right to participate in class actions. This clause may not apply in jurisdictions where it is not enforceable under local law.
Severability — If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
No Waiver — Failure by OraKila to enforce any provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.
Assignment — You may not assign these Terms without our consent. OraKila may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
Entire Agreement — These Terms, together with any product-specific policies we link to, make up the full agreement between you and OraKila.
Changes — We may update these Terms to reflect changes in law, our services, or our practices. We'll notify you of material changes via in-app notification or email. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the changes.
All ads on OraKila must comply with applicable law and our community guidelines. Ads may not be misleading, deceptive, discriminatory, or promote illegal goods, services, or activity. OraKila reserves the right to reject or remove any ad at any time.
Sovereign Ads are HMAC-signed, cryptographically verified placements. Every ad impression is logged with a delivery token to prevent fraud. Advertiser budgets are deducted in Coins per verified impression or click. Disputes are reviewed within 5 business days.
· Financial instruments, crypto, or investment schemes without regulatory approval
· Tobacco, vaping, alcohol, or controlled substances
· Adult content, gambling, or weapons
· Misleading health claims or miracle cures
· Political ads targeting specific individuals
You can disable ad personalization in Settings → Privacy & Data. Ads will still appear but will not be tailored to your activity. OraKila does not sell your personal data to third-party advertisers.
